  • How are my items shipped

    All items are shipped via Royal Mail 1st class or 2nd class - The selection is made on check out.  


    Items can be shipped to a 3rd party address just add the correct detials on checkout


    DELIVERY INFORMATION

    We understand how important it is to our customers to receive their orders quickly, and so we endeavour to send your purchases as soon as possible, often well within the estimated delivery times. As all of our candles are hand crafted often to order, occasionally they may take a little longer to arrive. If this is the case we will let you know and do our best to get it sent out to you as quick as possible. If you've ordered something for a special occasion please let us know via the contact form and we'll see what we can do to ensure it arrives well in time.


    For UK delivery orders should arrive within 5-7 working days via Royal Mail 


    We don't currently offer Next Day delivery, but if you would like your purchase sooner contact us to see what we can do for you.


    Northern Ireland


    Orders should arrive between 5-7 working days. Cost is dependant weight and will be shipped by Royal Mail


  • Can i cancel my order

    If you would like to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate you. If the order has been processed or shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. 


  • Returns & Refunds

    Should you wish to return your item, the customer must contact us within 14 days of delivery via our email address


    If your item is damage please contact us directly.
    You must email with your purchase order number and pictures of the item if it is faulty/damaged before sending any returns.


    Refunds will be processed once the item has been received by us with proof of postage.

    We can not currently accept exchanges, we can only offer a refund.

    We are under no obligation to pay return postage fees.

     

    Please ensure all items are returned, unused, in their original packaging. If there is any sign of use or if items are missing we will be unable to accept the return.

     

    Unless the item/s is faulty, the customer will pay for return postage and packing. If the item/s is faulty then we will refund your return postage and packing costs.


    On receipt of the returned item/s, we will issue a refund within 10 working days. The refund will be made via the original method of payment.

    This does not affect your statutory rights.
